I recently had my bike serviced at REI and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service I received. Jeff, the technician who worked on my bike, displayed a level of clarity, professionalism, and skill that truly set him apart.

From the moment I walked in, Jeff greeted me warmly and took the time to listen to my concerns about my bike. He showed great attention to detail as he carefully examined my bike and explained the repairs that were needed in a clear and concise manner.

Throughout the entire process, Jeff's professionalism shone through as he worked diligently to ensure that my bike was in top-notch condition. His expertise and skill were evident in the quality of the work he performed, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention he put into servicing my bike.

Overall, my experience at REI was exceptional, thanks in large part to Jeff and his exceptional service. I highly recommend REI to anyone in need of bike repairs or maintenance, as they truly go above and beyond to provide top-notch service. The only thing knowledgeable about the employees here, their ability to hassle you about a membership. It took going to an REI in Colorado to figure out the pack the “knowledgeable” staff member sold me, was a size too small, causing quite a bit of back pain. Once you show up, not only will you not be greeted, but treated as an inconvenience to their seasonal staff. I say make the trip to Dallas and avoid this REI like the plague. It’s mostly set up to serve foot traffic in the shopping center. Good luck finding actual outdoor gear, let alone an employee who knows their stuff. If you don’t believe me, look them up on trustpilot and yelp. Multitudes of people, one from Canada 4 days ago, all say the same thing. This REI is an absolute stain on the entire organization.

Absolutely love this REI. Wyatt was very helpful today as I was trying on shoes and I love my Brooks Cascadia's. Highly recommend getting the membership. It's so worth it.

So we all know the advantages of being an REI Member...but I'd like to focus on their in-house bike shop, and the awesome Team that works within it!

My wife has a Cannondale Tango 29, and it needed some TLC and service repairs, and as we walked up to the shop, Mark W greeted us with a big ole smile and you could immediately feel that he enjoyed his day job!

Mark took a quick once over of "the beast" invited my wife behind the counter and into their very busy shop (3 technicians), placed the 29er on the rack, and meticulously "talked shop" with my wife, discussed his recommendations with HER (loved that part), while I was released from "manhood liability"...so yeah, I wandered around and bought us some PEARL iZUMi shoes, accessories, and apparel... all of it @ 40% off!

Anyway, Mark projected 4 days to complete the tune-up, and it was actually ready for pickup in 2 days! They texted, called, and Gmailed me to communicate this ✔️ How about that Karen?

The maintenance agreement $ estimate was exactly to the dollar on our final cost, ✔️ and the bike feels... looks...and rides like a bad*** new beast again!

Pleasantly surprised at the friendly customer service here. I was here just doing a cursory check of backpacking gear. Wouldn’t mind coming back and doing all my shopping. Loved the display items so I can see, feel and try the items in person.

I love REI, but wasnt thrilled about this location. Size wise, it's a medium sized single story store, but, has tons of items in it. Pretty large bike area, lots of clothing, boots, shoes, packs. Pretty general to most REI stores. My only issue was I couldn't get any help from the employees which is unlike any REI I've ever been too before. Just after opening and myself and two other people in the store. No one greeted me or even asked if I needed help.

It's alright they fix my ebike when flat
But they are constantly hiking the price at an alarming rate I paid 30 for a membership yet somehow it still 40 plus to fix a flat that's how much it was before the membership
And they are low-key disrespectful playing games and almost forcing you to beg for them to fix it while finding every little thing to force you to pay for than I call today and they saying it's going to be over a hundred bucks just to put a battery strip on my bike even tho I have it like damn yall need to calm.down
And there the workers who laugh at the black guy who trying to not pay so much for a car and use a bike can't caught a break with rei you need to do better
