A thousand thanks to the management team and especially sales manager Jerome Kerkhoff.
Since I live in Estonia, I found the car on a car portal and contacted the sales manager Jerome, who professionally answered all my questions regarding the technical condition of the car.
After purchasing the car, I decided to get the car by myself and drive it to Estonia.
After purchasing my plane ticket, I went to pick up my car on Saturday morning. I was supposed to arrive at Düsseldorf at 10:00, but due to flight delays I was only able to reach the dealer at 18:20.
Fortunately for me, Jerome turned out to be a very decent person who did not remain indifferent and was able to come during his off-work hours and hand over the car and documents to me.

My experience with Philipp Automobile BMW Dealer was incredibly disappointing. After purchasing a BMW Premium Selection, I encountered serious gearbox issues within just three months. Despite reaching out for assistance, Philipp Automobile refused to take responsibility, ignored my calls, and provided a useless warranty that offered no coverage whatsoever. This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable, especially from a dealership representing a prestigious brand like BMW.

In this Autohaus an agreement is nothing worth via phone which quiet a lot of Foreigners have experienced which had to travel several hours to this car dealership.
Our trip to this dealership is about 12-13 hours, so we decided to fly there by plane. The reservation and the conversation before was all completed over the phone and we were assured that the car (bmw 530) is reserved for us.
Yesterday afternoon/evening we did not find the car in the advertisement and shortly after we received a message that the car was sold.

This will be a very negative review unfortunately. I'm a lawyer and I'm not used to review negatively but the way the online buying process went along isn't acceptable and I thus deem necessary that I would inform other potential online buyers.

I did select a car advertised by Philipp Automobile having carefully read the English version of the online advertisement (material that I can make available as I recorded it) per which the car was advertised as having seats upholstery in "leather". The words "leather" and "full leather" are the exact terms used in the English online advertisement. (Screen shots of the advertisement available). In no way the text of the English advertisement mentioned another description.
Having taken contact with Phillip Automobile and confirmed that I wanted to buy the car, I received a German only contract that I signed and paid the price by bank transfer from abroad. Transnational online sales based on precise online advertisement having exactly the purpose of being able to buy a car, in a trusted BMW/MINI official dealer, without seeing the car before payment.
Unfortunately, picking up the car, after the money was received by Philipp Automobile, I realised that the seats upholstery was absolutely not "leather" "full leather" as it was advertised online but "plastic"...synthetic/fake leather, which evidently isn't absolutely the same thing with the same value.

I had a very long conversation at Philipp Automobile trying to solve the matter by offering Philipp Automobiles to make a fair discount to compensate the fact that I was delivered a car with synthetic faux-leather instead of leather as advertised.
As an answer I was told that I could leave the car there, go back home in my country without the car that I had purchased (and which quite evidently I needed) and that the purchase price would be refunded. Explaining them that this wasn't absolutely a possibility as I had trusted their company, fully paid in advance as requested, and come from abroad to pick up a car that I needed, I was then offered a mere 200€ discount that obviously absolutely doesn't compensate the difference between the value of a car with full leather and a car in full plastic/synthetic...
Philipp Automobile then additionally invoked that I had signed a contract were the word "leatherette" was indicated and that I had thus no base to complain about the misleading commercial practice. That I should have known that, although they advertised the car online very clearly (screen shots available) as being "leather" "full leather", I should have known that the word "leatherette" in the German contract was not a description of the "full leather" that I was sold in the advertisement but meant fake leather. In other words, that I should have been myself suspicious of their online advertisement in which the words "leather" "full leather" were used and being suspicious of what their commercial term leatherette meant.
In no way is there the possibility to imagine that an official BMW MINI dealer would use twice the terms "leather" "full leather" in its online advertisement for a car if the said car comes with plastic/synthetic seats. This is absolutely not an acceptable practice. This is a misleading practice that cannot be accepted. (Even more so as the online website offer the advertiser the possibility to advertise the car properly selecting another material when describing the seats upholstery and then clearly indicating that it is synthetic so that it would not be misleading for customers.

The fact that Philipp Automobile is refusing to acknowledge the situation and to offer a fair compensation, whilst I offered them to settle the problem, is reinforcing the misleading character of the online advertisement as it makes clear that their company doesn't consider it a wrong commercial practice, but apparently a normal commercial practice to mislead online customers into online purchase.

i gave my car BMW 1 series for service and something for detecting engine problems because i felt something wrong then i decided to go for showroom and there was a leak which was not found by technical people (Mr. Anzola ) from dealership of the showroom BMW and they did not found the leak inside the engine and they changed all oils in the engine with new ones and after few months i found myself with the help of mechanic techniker and we found mixing of engine coolant with engine oil and it is very simple to find fault, they just found by checking and opening the coolant top and water is also mixed and it was a big cheating and i lost almost 1500 euros to pay for further consequences because of delay in fault detection and BMW philipp showroom technical people are too reckless and i thought their service will be something else but what i experienced is worse than roadside mechanic and I recommend not to go there ever in my life again
