As far as I'm concerned, the worst company I've ever seen! Last week, a Seat Leon cupra st 2019 bought here. I buy a car as a trader. That's a risk. But I always ask for photos and the state of the car! This car was in perfect condition according to this company. When the car was delivered to me by transport, I couldn't believe my eyes! All rims damaged! Dents and damage. And NO that was not the worst! Behind the car, a dog has lived that has bitten all the caps. ridiculous !!

Fast and friendly service, in German and English, within 30 mins I was back on the road and it seems to be working again! Would give 5 stars but take into account that the next available appointment for checkup could only be booked in 4 weeks from now.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. My 6 year old (72k Kilometers) Renault Clio Kombi cost me over 1000€ in repairs for a defective timing chain. The selling point, emphasis was made that this chain is much sturdier than the belt and that it wouldn't need replacing till after 170,000km (major repair). This in fact was a defective part. Of course because it was outside of the warranty, the financial burden was mine. This repair happened one week before we were scheduled to drive to our very humble, once a year family vacation. Of course we agreed to pay, we had no other choice, we were pushed into a corner. When tried to appeal to their manager, he said it's a done deal. They lost a customer, because instead of having a heart it was all about taking money from an already suffering family with financial hardships. Boycott!

Heilbronner Straße is a relatively new branch for Autohaus von der Weppen. I have been their customer since 2016. Right through the journey of the purchase and the years of service after that AH von der Weppen personnel were very supportive 🤝and friendly🙏🏼.

This is one of the worst services. The customer service and technical service are not professional at all.
3 weeks after a gear issue with a vehicle, we have got no feedback. Calling customer service several times a day and no one is answering the phone. In the 2 or 3 times they pick the phone, ewe have got no clear answer and we have always excuses like someone is sick or let us check and call you back. Then guess what!! no one is calling back and we spent another day trying to catch the customer service.
