REIS Associates manages the property I rent from, and it has been a game-changer in the best way. In particular, the property manager, Tricia Le, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is operating and going smoothly at the building. She is responsive and resolves matters you bring to her quickly and, more importantly, thoroughly. She is proactive and does things like thinking ahead for you and sending her team to check on you while a problem is being resolved, and having them follow-up afterward to make sure everything is still going well. The team of professionals she works with are nothing but helpful, resourceful, and committed to doing whatever it takes to get a job done well. So grateful for this team!

I’ve been a frequent and loyal patron of rice village for the last 20+ years and let me tell you, y’all really dropped the ball with the parking.

When I’m walking through out rice village I probably hear 20-30+ people a day complaining about parking. CUSTOMERS in Starbucks and other stores. People on the sidewalk/on their phone. People crowding around the confusing pay stations, employees of different businesses, students, etc.

Employees of the various businesses have said they don’t even get employee parking and have to either A) pay or B) park super far away and walk.

Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves making these kids have to pay to come to work just so you can turn a profit?

Then you out here saying it goes towards scholarships when really you sold the damn lot to another company?

If I have one more person ask me how to park /if they enforce it and then follow up with talking my ear off about how much it sucks I am going to lose my mind.

Y’all are clearly very out of touch and just trying to nickel and dime your customers and employees and I have had it.

I will be letting EVERYONE in on your shady business practices.
